Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using VynDeal you agree to these terms. VynDeal is provided by Quiamo Technologies, Pune, India.

2. Service

VynDeal provides cloud-based CRM software. We may update features with notice. Scheduled downtime will be announced 24 hours in advance.

3. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our privacy policy for details.

4. Billing

Subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime before renewal. No refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use VynDeal for illegal purposes, spam, or to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

VynDeal is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost profits or data loss beyond our stated backup policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved in Pune, Maharashtra courts.
