Sub-processors
Third parties that may process customer personal data on behalf of Quiamo Digital Market Services LLP.
The following sub-processors may process personal data that VynDeal customers upload into the platform. Each is bound by data protection terms equivalent to those in our DPA, including (where applicable) Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK IDTA.

Note: we are migrating transactional email to a UK or EEA-region provider. Customers will be notified at least 30 days before the change.

How we notify you of changes
We give at least 30 days' written notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles personal data. Notice is sent by email to the customer's primary contact, and this page is updated. You may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, in which case we will work with you to find a resolution; if none is reached, you may terminate the affected portion of your subscription.
