Have your data deleted, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., tax records).

Right to data portability

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format that you can transmit to another controller.

Right to restrict processing

Restrict our processing of your data in specific circumstances (e.g., while a correction request is being verified).

Object to processing based on legitimate interests, or at any time to direct marketing.

Right to withdraw consent

Where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

Submit a request

Use the form below or email privacy@vyndeal.com. We will acknowledge within 7 working days and respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before responding (this is required by law to prevent unauthorised disclosure).

This form opens your email client to send the request to privacy@vyndeal.com. If your email client doesn't open, copy the form contents and email them manually.

If we receive your request from a customer

If your data was uploaded to VynDeal by an employer, recruiter, or business contact (we are the processor, not the controller), we will forward your request to that organisation, who will respond directly. We will assist them in fulfilling the request.

Cost and limits

Routine requests are free. We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse the request only if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., repetitive). If we refuse a request, we will explain why and how to complain to a supervisory authority.
