After years in B2B sales for electronic component manufacturers, we were frustrated. Salesforce was too expensive. Zoho was too complex. Every CRM was built by software people for software companies — not for an Indian sales rep visiting Tata Motors in Pune or quoting a reed switch order for Ather Energy in Bangalore.
We wanted something that could generate a GST-compliant PDF quote with CGST/SGST breakdown in 2 minutes, track the PO through to delivery, log the WhatsApp conversation as an activity, and tell the marketing team exactly which campaign generated that lead — all without a ₹5 lakh implementation project.
